• All international orders are processed within 2–3 business days once the 1-hour cancellation window has closed.
• Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Express Delivery: 3–7 business days (subject to availability in your region).
• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance and local courier processes.

💰 Shipping Charges

• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier partner rates.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

• All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer. KidBuddy is not liable for delays caused by customs.

📋 Delivery Responsibility

• Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped. Updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.
• KidBuddy is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
• Address changes after dispatch are not encouraged.

🚫 Failed Deliveries & Returns

• International orders are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to high shipping and customs costs.
• In cases where orders are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, any re-shipping or extra charges will be borne by the customer.

🛑 Damaged or Tampered Packages

• All shipments are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging.
• If the package appears tampered with, please do not accept delivery.
• Acceptance of such a package will be deemed as successful delivery, and no refund/exchange request can be processed.

• Delivery timelines may be impacted by factors beyond our control such as customs delays, weather conditions, strikes, or local courier restrictions.
• All products in a single order will be shipped to one shipping address only. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
