Domestic Shipping Policy

At KidBuddy, we are committed to delivering your maternity and kids’ wear safely and on time. Please review our domestic shipping guidelines below:

⏳ Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): ₹49 – ₹99 (Free for orders above ₹999).
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): ₹149 – ₹199.
  • Orders below ₹1000 will have applicable standard shipping charges.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery is usually completed within 3–5 business days, subject to courier schedules.
  • For certain locations, delivery may take 5–7 working days, depending on accessibility.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

📋 Delivery & Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that the delivery address details are accurate at the time of placing the order. KidBuddy will not be liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
  • Change of delivery address is not encouraged once the product has been dispatched.

🚫 Failed Deliveries / Returns

  • If delivery attempts fail at the customer’s end, the order may be returned to our facility.
  • Any additional charges for re-shipment will be borne by the customer.

🛑 Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • All products are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging.
  • If the package appears tampered with, please do not accept it from the courier.
  • If accepted, it will be deemed delivered in good condition, and no refund/exchange requests will be processed.

🔄 Missing or Incorrect Items

  • If any product is missing or differs from the invoice, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unpacking video.

⚠️ Additional Terms

  • Delivery timelines may be impacted by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, or strikes). Customers can track orders via the “Track My  Shipment” page.
  • Products cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • All items in a single order will be shipped to one delivery address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
